I told her my dog won't take it. I cant afford if he won't take it. I was put on hold 20 minutes.

It was wonderful. We just needed to cancel our prescription because our 17 year old dog died the day before.
I called to cancel our subscription because we had to put our 17 year old dog down Thursday. The lady I talked to was so nice and sorry for our loss.
I would highly recommend. This company is great.

I need to cancel my subscription of Wuffes. My dog chewy had cancer, we had to put her to sleep.
She was in so much pain. We didn't know she had cancer so the Wuffes didn't help her at all. I'm sure they would of helped if she wouldn't of had cancer. So if you could cancel my subscription I would appreciate it.
Also I was supposed to be charged $24 mo. But you charged me $54for the mo.could you please explain why. Also is there anyway I can return the subscription because Chewy died before Christmas. If you could email back I would appreciate it.
Because I have a lot of tella marketers calling me so I don't always answer my phone.
Unless it says Wuffes when you call. Thank you very much I would aappreciate your understanding.

Try not to make a mistake like this my package was delivered to a different address that someone made a mistake and typed the wrong address miss spelled and now I have no product to give my dog

I didn't like snackscrate
The product was not what was advertised, it cheap, merchandise, I don't think u should advertised something u can't produce. I would like my money back before I go on Facebook and on any other platform to tell everyone that you guys are fake.
